The owner is friendly and place perfect for a family and if you want to get away from the Ski resorts and spend evenings at the accommodation.

Everything was perfect. Anneke was amazing, very kind and helpful. The appartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Very warm and pleasant welcoming at the house. House is huge and cozy. It has everything a one group of 4 people would need. It is 15-20 minutes by car (which was not far in our case) to Kaprun and Zell am see. There was road cleaners every morning before we came out.

The host was amazing. We had had some of our luggage stolen at our stopover which meant we arrived late with hardly any clothes! Anneke left the apartment ready for us so arriving after 10pm was no trouble. The next day she explained where the best shops were and laundered the clothes we had left. After a difficult start our time in Niedersill was excellent. We enjoyed the mountains with numerous walks and trips. Anneka was there to give us tips of places to go that were less busy. We were really well looked after and look forward to coming back.
