We spent two unforgettable nights here for our honeymoon, and everything exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, warm, and attentive. Our room was elegantly designed, offering the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. We indulged in the serene spa and dined at the exquisite in-house restaurant, where every dish was a culinary delight. The highlight was undoubtedly the artisan pizza crafted by master pizzaiolo Carciotto Luciano, a true gourmet experience. A flawless and indulgent stay from start to finish. And the perfect base for visiting the Etna.

The whole team of staff were incredible from the moment we arrived all the way until we left. They were always on hand to help, answer any questions and give recommendations whenever we needed. The hotel itself is very modern, has a chic design and has the best pizza on offer!

The property is very comfortable with spacious rooms and beautiful terrace. The rooms are spotless clean and so is the rest of the property with pleasant smells everywhere. The staff are amazing. The girl at reception was very courteous and so were Tina and Antonella. All 3 of them made sure to make our short stay as pleasant as possible. We will surely go again.
