The property is nice and modern. Very clean. The location is great.. just 10-15min to the center of Nice.

Overall, it was a good apartment. The location was an 8-minute walk from the metro station and 2 bus stations nearby. However, the neighbourhood is not that nice. In a 4-minute walk, you will end up in a good neighbourhood, btw. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby which you can purchase everything. The bed was good. The apartment facilities were good and enough. The property manager ( Delphine) is a kind-hearted person trying to support as much as she can. Overall, it was a good stay for me.

Very polite and communicative property manager Clear rules for check-in and checkout Nicely renovated apartment AC working perfectly Quiet apartment, well insulated Bus stop and supermarket nearby
