Old but comfy and well placed Staff correct but a little stiff Wouldn't stay there again but for someone looking for the old Nice ,it's finelikemist

The property was very close to the beach had a beautiful view off our balcony every morning. Close to the tram which directly takes you to train station to get you to Monte Carlo. Great room very clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops would stay there again.

Old fashion hotel, but you know what you get. It's old building so can be noisy. Generally I had good stay. I didn't come for the luxurious hotel, but for great region of France :)
