Spectacular view, super location. Breakfast in the balcony at the end of November! Separate toilette. You can watch the sunrise from the bed. Nice and comfortable shower.

The driver who picked us up at the airport already had the keys ready for us. That was great and comfortable. Also the view and location were amazing. I would just stay the whole holiday on the balcony looking at the azure sea!

Great sea view.If you left the doors open at night you could hear the waves crashing on beach.But during day this was limited due to noise of busy roadway outside

Excellent location with balcony overlooking promenade. Great shower. Lovely bakery nearby on Rue Lenval. Near tram stop. Admin organised pick up at Nice-Ville for late arrival.
