It was a really nice discovery. Great location, one minute away from the Promenade. We got an upgraded small appartment with a living room / desk and the sleeping room. Separate shower and toilet and a well equipped kitchen.

Close to the promenade of Nice and short walking distance to train and tram station .,therefore easy to get to airport and surrounds. Good restaurants in the street. All staff friendly ,welcoming and helpful Very good breakfast supplied ,plus coffee and filtered water available in lobby anytime of day

Great location just a short stroll down to the Promenade d' Anglais and other attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfasts and coffee and water (still and sparkling) available 24 hours.
