The location was very nice right at the center, close to the beach as well as the tram stations. Many restaurants and small shops near by and Carrefour supermarket is just on the next soi. The apartment is a good size for 2-3 ppl but could become small if the sofabed is being used otherwise the apartment is new, nice, clean, well equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine and fridge. The air-conditioning works well as it should and it is quiet. The key pickup/dropoff and the direction to the building were straight up and easy. The apartment building has an elevator. We had a good stay. I really recommend it.
