Unlike other apartment, this was a full double bed rather than a sofa bed and it was extremely comfortable. The apartment was quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed. We were even surprised that the host provided beach towels, beach mats and a large beach umbrella/parasol for us. The shower water pressure and heat was great. The location is also fantastic. It’s right next to the tram line thats less than a 10-minute ride or 15-minute walk to the city centre, and it’s right outside Nice-Ville Train station thats less than took us to places like Monaco, Menton, and Ventimiglia (Italy). There are also multiple Lime and Pony Bike stops nearby if you want to use bicycles to explore Nice. There are so many restaurants and food options nearby, as well as Lidl and Aldi if you want to stock up on things for your stay. Cutlery, plates, cups and cooking utensils are also provided.

The owner is really nice and helpful. The apartment is well located, near L1 and some restaurants, and it has a nice sun exposure.

Great location! The owner is friendly and nice! When we checked in, we found the room was not cleaned (even blood spot was on the sheet), then we texted owner, the cleaning lady came immediately.
