The apartment is in a great location with the tram out the front which makes it easy to navigate around Nice. There is a supermarket close by which has a great range and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Johnny our host is great, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is small but it was fine for the two of us. It has easy access to the promenade and beach and a beach chair and umbrella were provided

If you are going for visiting and exploring Cot d Azur, it is super awesome location. Close to the city center, right on the tram stop and close to the promenade. If you need 7 days of sleeping and resting, noise from the street can wake you up if you sleep with open windows. Staff is great, also it is clean.

The location was superb. So handy, just a block away from the Promenade des Anglais and beach. It was bright and surprisingly quiet considering it faces the street. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchenette was small but functional.
