OK here goes. The booking indicated that the host would meet us, this didn’t happen. No particular problem except the BLOODY STAIRS and no assistance. Seriously 8 flights to the 4th etage, Maybe we are naive about European destinations but the listing on Booking.com should in our view mention the epic climb especially if we are older guests. Half bottle of champagne was a nice touch, as was mobile air conditioning in the saloon.

Love the location. Right in the heart of Nice old town. Loved walking through different alleys. And i love the ancient furnitures and artish decorations. The host is very specific, very good communication. Love to come back

The property was a brilliant location right in the centre of the old town and so handy to the front. The living room and kitchen were such a good size and lovely bathroom. The property was very comfortable and the champagne for our arrival was a lovely touch

Great communication from the host, and it was lovely to have a detailed list of recommendations for the area. The flat itself is stylishly and thoughtfully decorated - Matt has some beautiful pieces! As far as the location, it is a bit of a walk to get to the flat itself if you are dropped off by car or driving because Old Town Nice is pedestrian only, but you are really in the heart of things - close to the beach, the main square, and more delicious restaurants than you could possibly visit.
