Excellent location. Easy 15min walk from the trasin station. 2min walk to the iconic Promenade Des Anglais and the most central part of the beach. All shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars are at your feet. The flat itself is beautiful and professionally managed. It was impeccably clean, air conditioned and well equipped. We arrived in the late evening to Nice and could get the keys and access the flat very smoothly thanks to Delphine’s instructions. Thank you, Delphine for your kind and prompt assistance every time i had urgent questions. We had a very pleasant and comfortable base to discover Nice and understand why the Cote d’Azur is so sought after.

The apartment was near to all the main areas with plenty of places to walk to to eat in the evening as well as close to the beach and transport network. It was lovely to sit in the sun in the morning with breakfast on the balcony. The hosts although not available personally were excellent and kept us informed of all the information we needed when arriving and leaving the apartment and were easy to contact by email.
