Good and clean apartment, in an excellent location, within walking distance from the old town. The street is popular with runners/bicyclist: a good place for joggers, as it's going up, it's a challenge! Quite a lot of cars and bikes on the road as well, so it's a bit noisy at night if you like to sleep with open windows.

7min walk to the Harbour. Beautiful spot for sunset. On the Fotos apartment appears more spacious and bigger. Basically was enough for us as we just slept there. We had a nice welcome bottle of Rose, which was a nice surprise - thank you :) However the street (Boulevard) was too loud with cars heading to Monaco... even with windows closed and it got immediately very hot. So we slept with windows open But the apartment is very light and cozy offering a nice view to the sea and inner courtyard which was quiet. A bit far away from Nice old town or down town but with motorbike you can reach anything very easy. Host is very attentive, nice, easy going, gave advices about what to do in the neighborhood and where to eat. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Appartement was just perfect for me. It's close to the port and in a very nice area. Checking in and out was so easy and finally a comfy bed. I will come back.

Good location, just 7 min walk to the sea and promenade. The room is clean and aesthetic. Easy non-contact check- in and check- out.
