The balcony is gorgeous! Bathroom very modern, bed very comfortable room clean, microwave, kettle, sink, and mini fridge all included with cutlery and cups as well !

The location is very easy to reach from the airport — there’s a tram right in front of the terminal that takes you very close to the apartment. The place is right in the heart of Nice, very central and close to all the main attractions. You can easily walk anywhere, and the train station is also nearby, which is perfect if you plan to visit other cities. The room we stayed in had a beautiful, very Instagrammable balcony with views in three directions — absolutely perfect for morning coffee and photos! Everything was very clean, with fresh bed linen and a well-kept room. We really had no complaints. Overall, a great stay in a perfect location. If I ever come back to Nice, I would definitely choose the same place again!
