The apartment is located in the city center, very clean and comfortable. You can cook in the kitchen, and there is a dishwasher. There were tea, coffee, chocolate, pastries, and other items in the kitchen. We are very grateful to the hosts!

Most of all I liked the location, we just walked in to the live when we closed the door. The apartment was very well decorated. And we got good information when the owner came with the keys.

This was our second stay and it was as perfect as our first. The location in an attractive and lively cafe-filled pedestrian square right in the centre of Nice is excellent. Any number of cafes and restaurants, shopping, beaches, the old town, the main railway station and the port are just a short walk away. The Jean Medicin stop on the Line 2 tram from the airport is a very easy five minute walk away. The apartment on the fifth floor (there is a quiet and efficient lift/elevator) at the back of the building which houses doctors' and lawyers's offices is quiet, secure and private. While it's compact, it's very well laid out, decorated and furnished so it feels spacious, light and airy. Everything is spotlessly clean. The terrace running the length of the apartment offers seating space and a laundry area, and the apartment has tons of storage. The kitchen is very well equipped and we really appreciated the provision of basics such as tea/coffee, oil, salt, pepper, jams and sweet treats plus washing machine/dishwasher detergents. It was great to have an efficient washing machine for our swimsuits and towels from our daily swims. The mezzanine bed is very comfortable and we slept well, thanks to the excellent air conditioning and the quietness at night. Virginie is a warm, welcoming and helpful host. The rate for such high quality accommodation in a very central and attractive location is great value. We hope to return to lovely Nice before too long and we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

Very well appointed apartment with well thought out facilities. Having a balcony is great and it is really quiet considering the great location.
