The key collection and apartment locations were easy to find with video instructions sent via WhatsApp. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The appartement is clean and well equipped, the aircon works perfectly, and the bed is comfortable. It is well located within a stones throw of the beach and comes with a sea view balcony. The nearest tram station is a 5 minute wallk which has a direct link to the airport. The train station is a 15-minute walk which gives you access to the whole Cote D'Azur for days out to places such as Monaco etc... A 10 min walk along the promenade takes you to old Nice. Book with confidence. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely use these guys again.

Host gave clear instructions on keys collection, deposits and house rules. Room was clean and locations was good.
