The location is amazing, there are some supermarkets nearby and you can do everything on foot. The Durandy tram station is very close, and the flat is a good size.

Beautiful apartment within central nice. Found it great to wonder around the city and old town a few minutes away. Loved how it had a cooker and washing machine to clean cloths and a rack outside.

Location was brilliant. Handy having the supermarket round the corner as well. The tram station was a two minute walk away. It was a 20 minute walk to the train station but it was a nice walk.
