The location is perfect. The accommodation is located literally on the main square, nearby is a supermarket that only works until late, the old town is 5 minutes away, the beach is 2/3 minutes away, tram stops are in front of the apartment. The train station is about 15 minutes away, but the big advantage of the accommodation is that you can walk to everything. The lady who welcomed us was very nice, she recommended beaches, restaurants, bars... In the accommodation we had 2 beach towels, one sunbed and beach umbrella, clean towels, washing machine, hair dryer, iron... Fully equipped accommodation. The accommodation is absolutely the same as in the pictures. We hope that we will have the opportunity to return again.

Location could not be any better, the place has all the amenities and is perfect for both short and a long stay in Nice. The hosts were very responsive and even flexible for a late check out. Sheets were a bit dusty but overall it was clean. Good value for money!
