The host met us on our arrival and showed us into the property. Excellent location right on the Promenade A short 10 minute walk into the Old Town, 20 minutes to the Port, the bus to Monaco, Mote Carlo and the Tram to Nice Airport.

Very close to the sea, good for solo traveller or couple

Nice and cozy apartment in a very good and well served area of Nice. Ideal for two people. Very close to the old town, but far enough from the fuzz of the crowd. Literally in front of the sea, but well secluded. Kitchen fully furnished. There were also tea bags, coffee, and even toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo. I personally found it lovely and would book it again if I ever came back to visit Nice.
