The apartment is situated in a gated, private road, very close to the beach - great location! We could easily hop on the tram to get to old Nice for dinner when we wanted to. The property is also very easy to get to from the airport. You just take the L2 tram. My husband and I found the sofa bed comfortable, and there was a washing machine in the apartment and clothes rack on the balcony which made it very convenient to wash/dry clothes as needed. The kitchen also had everything we needed and there is air con which was very nice! Yvan the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Great location being close to the tram, meaning it was easy to get everywhere. And there was a supermarket close by. And it was fabulous having air conditioning.

Location was great, near the sea and transport. Owner of the apartment dud check in early. At the apartment was everything except coffee maker which was mentioned.
