The apartment was in a great spot in the heart of the old town. The beds were comfy and it was handy having the kitchen. We had an emergency with water coming in from the ceiling and losing the electricity at 10pm but the owner and property manager were very quick and responsive and handled the situation very well. The issue was resolved the next day - a plumber had been and forgot to reattach a pipe from the neighbour’s apartment!

Located in the heart of vieux nice but being at third floor you do not hear the noise but the thrill of it. Do not consider the entrance it s an old building the apartment smelled like cocolino for the entire stay

The apartment suited our little group perfectly for our week in Nice. The location was excellent and meant we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The host, David, was very helpful and informative and quick at responding to our needs. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.
