We had an excellent stay in this apartment very close to the beach in Nice. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, which allowed us to fully enjoy everything the city has to offer. There are also lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as public transport stations, which made it easy for us to explore the whole Cote d'Azur. The apartment is modern and very well maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the spotless cleanliness, the fully equipped kitchen and the extremely comfortable bed. The balcony also offers a great view of the city, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The host was very welcoming and attentive to details, making sure we didn't miss anything during our stay. Communication was excellent and check-in and check-out went smoothly. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an oasis of comfort and relaxation in the heart of Nice. We will definitely come back with pleasure!

The location is fantastic, 2 min walk to the promenade. Convenient shop down stairs selling everything you would need and a pharmacy along the road also. Air conditioning was a welcome feature as it was very warm when we were there.
