This is a beautiful spacious apartment on the 3rd floor of a classical French building, accessed via a lift. The property was presented in spotless condition, with bed lined and towels provided, as well as other essentials such as toiletries and kitchen items. The property comfortably facilitates 6 adults and is ideal for a family group. The living/dining area is a beautiful large space with window balconies overlooking the street below. Location wise, this property is ideal for exploring Nice and the surrounding Riviera. It is very central with the Promenade just a 3 minute walk away, and restaurants, shops and beautiful bakeries within a short stroll. The property is also very easily accessed from the airport via tram to Jean Medecin, with a less than 10 minute walk. Overall, this property is very well managed and maintained. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, with the property manager being very responsive and helpful. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely return again at a later stage to explore Nice further.

The host met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment was much like in the pictures, and well equipped. Electrical heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The location of the property was excellent near the other end of pedestrian zone starting from Place Massena and only a couple of blocks from Promenade des Anglais.
