For 7-night stays or more, the accommodation is cleaned once during the stay and there is 1 change of bed linen.Studios and apartments were fully renovated in March 2015.The following packages are available throughout your stay for an additional fee:

Nice and clear surroundings. Close to old nice and train station by walk. We reached Monaco within half an hour by train.

Ladies on reception are very friendly and helpful, also appartment is 5min from the beach and 10min from center and train station which was great!

excellent position in downtown Nice, next to the Promenade des Anglais, many shops and services nearby, the flat is fully equipped, clean and comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful

Great location, a lovely boulangerie very close by. very safe & quiet, small studio space. Shower tiles damaged & need replacing, handle on microwave was melted, cracked & damaged hob, poor quality towels, comfortable bed & comfortable couch for sitting. But dining chairs were plastic & poor quality. Great to be able to leave luggage at the hotel reception near by before check in & after check out.
