location fabulous - one block from Negresco, two steps to the sea. easy for buses and tram. A quiet street. The flat itself is fully furnished and provided with all imaginable kitchen equipment for anyone needing to stay for a long time or wanting to cook at home. Nespresso machine, but you will need to provide your own coffee. The windows are high dormers, and look out over roof tops to east and to west, so wonderfully atmospheric. Air conditioning, heating, so easy to have at the right temperature. Lovely cool breeze available if you keep the windows open, which you can do with safety this high up.
