Very bright and clean apartment. Very suitable for the family of 4 people. Very close to the beach and Promenade des Anglais. Tram stop in 2 min of walk.

We really loved staying in this apartment. It is in a really great location near tram links that is convenient to both the airport and to Nice centre. Moreover, it is a few minutes walk to the beach which was ideal for us. The apartment was well equipped, and had air conditioning which was very welcome during the summer heat. The beds were really comfortable and the whole apartment was clean. I particularly appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine. The owner was very responsive; the buzzer for the front door (that unlocked it) stopped working mid way through our stay but we sent a quick message to the owner and it was fixed very quickly whilst we were out sightseeing,.

It was very clean and also in really good location, it was easy to get to city centre. The apartment was modern and everything needed was there!

The location was perfect, it''s very close to the tram stop which brings you right into Old Nice. The tram was also frequent so we were never pressed for time. There's a lovely little cafe down the street where we had breakfast on our first day, the pastries and crepes were delicious and very reasonably priced.
