Firstly we have given this accommodation 8/10 and it did what we wanted so no complaints. However we felt there is a need to say something just to manage expectations of anyone looking to book this property as the photos on the listing do not tell the whole story! Communication from the host was excellent throughout. We managed to break a plate while we were there as it slipped off the precariously placed rack and into the sink, we offered to replace or pay for the damage but the host was happy to take the loss. Thank you. When we arrived the sofa bed was made-up into a bed so this is obviously where you are expected to sleep, just as well as the bed is in the attic room, which has a very low sloping ceiling - I’m not exactly tall at 5ft 10 but could not stand up straight in the attic. The bath is also up there in the same room. The listing says 3 bathrooms which is stretching the truth, there is a bedroom with a bath in it (attic), a shower room (also contains washing machine and WC) and a small room between the living area and shower room with a basin. The sofa bed was comfortable enough, the apartment was clean and in a good location. Station and nearest tram stop about 10 minutes walk. Seafront about 20 minutes walk.

Quiet house with no external street noise and very clean. Air conditioning throughout the house and nice tub. The house is 10 minutes walk from the station and 2 minutes from the bus stop. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for a few days.
