Since the description was written, WiFi has been added to the facilities and was fast, stable and easy to use. We were warned about the tightness of the car park, but it was perfectly manageable with care. The parking is on floor -6; the flat on floor 2; the catch is that it is not on the floor 2 of the car park lift - you'll have to change lifts (and indeed go next door - there is a connecting door) on the ground floor The flat itself was clean and comfortable. It is a modern, purpose built apartment. The location is pretty much unbeatable; the Promenade des Anglais is just at the end of the road, and the district is vibrant and safe. All in all, excellent value, thank you.

Excellent central location which was very near many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and the promenade. Property was ample for 2 persons and was very clean. The kitchen was kitted out well with kettle, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Massive TV where you can watch comfortably from king/queen size bed. Separate shower room from toilet.
