The apartment is located in a nice, quiet, green part of the city, which makes the stay very restful. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. In the apartment you find everything you need durind the stay.

It is a good location in a quiet neighbourhood, within reasonable distance of the points of interest in Nice. Free private parking, which is very useful if you have a car.
