The location is very nice close to the sea and the tram stop. There are supermarkets and bakeries few minutes away. Our host was very kind to wait with late check-in.

The host is very kind, she introduced a lot about Nice and where is the best to go. The position of the house is also convenient, it is near the tram stop, bus stop and the beach. The house is cozy and I love it, I will come back

The localization is perfect. The apartament is about 100 metres from tram station. Tram is going from apartament to airport about 30 minutes. Tram is going every 10 minutes. The beach is about 70 metres from apartament. Apartament has fully equiped kitchen: microvawe, fridge, kettle, stole, coffe maker, cutlery.
