The apartment was located on a small street right in the center of Nice, handy for all attractions and shops. A good size for two people, spacious and clean. Steps up to main door but small lift inside building, entrance well maintained. Everything we needed in the kitchen although we didn't cook. We ate on the balcony which is a great space, shaded from the sun by a huge, leafy tree growing in front. The street is busy with fairly loud traffic during the day but we had no problem sleeping as the bedroom faces the back court. Bed very comfy, although better pillows would be a bonus. There are one or two broken things mirror in bedroom, window cracked and the room blinds are tricky but all functions well and we had lots of cupboard space. Only the shower needs attention, it works but could be better as the shower head is blocked with lime and the bottom part couldn't be used. We had no difficulties picking up our key even though we arrived late at night. The agency was located nearby and open every day.

This apartment was perfect for our stay- 5 minute walk to the old town and 10 minute walk to Nice Ville for day trips. There were 3 of us staying and we had plenty of room- the apartment felt bigger than the pictures and any questions we had were answered promptly.
