Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor and is accessed only by stairs. Please note the bedding is brought by the guest only for the baby cot linen, as we provide the linens for the adult beds. Please note that check-in from 19:45 to 00:00 is available for an extra charge of EUR 30, payable upon arrival. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. When exceptions are sometimes made, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. If the security deposit is paid by cash, check-out from 06:00 to 08:15 is possible for an extra charge of EUR 30 (payable upon arrival) and check-out before 06:00 is not possible. Please note that guests under 18 years old are only accommodated if accompanied by their legal guardian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Communication from the host was excellent - I received an email about a week before our stay with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport and how to get in touch with Anthony to arrange access. I then received a WhatsApp message on arrival at the airport and a reminder of the directions. Anthony also provided us with recommendations for eating out. The apartment was in an excellent location, close to the beach, public transport links and the old town (20min walk along the promenade)

Excellent location - two minutes from the beach - in a quiet side street. Close to bus and tram stops and walking distance from the city center. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, and with everything you could need. Very quiet thanks to good insulation. Anthony and Nicolas were very helpful and ensured we had a perfect stay in Nice.
