If security deposit is paid with cash, check-out is not possible before 06:00. Please note that guests under 18 years old are only accommodated if accompanied by their legal guardian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Great location. Near Negresco hotel, Massena Musem and English Promenade. Apartment is spacious and quiet overlookig small back yards so there is no street noise. It is on the first floor so very easy to be reached by my elderly parents- only one block of stairs. Very safe area.

The property was spacious very well organised with everything we needed. The property was fresh and very clean and was close to local amenities,the beach and a short stroll from the Nice Old Town.
