Two balconies are fantastic, the room had aircon and the kitchen was well equipped! Sabine was a great help. Property is close to buses and is a 40 minute walk to the beach which was good for us as we enjoy the stroll down. Would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment for this money in Nice! The highlights are two fantastic terraces with everything. Would stay there again.

Nice apartment with easy to go location, the bus stop, supermarket and restaurants were very close. The host was nice and helpful, always answering very quick. The apartment is fully equitable for living and the terraces were pleasant.
