Stunning view from the balcony. Tram just outside the building, good location. By foot ca 50 minutes walk to downtown on the Promenade des Anglais. Enough space, good beds, shutters to make rooms completely dark. Well equipped, but only 1 pot and 2 pans. We loved it and would definitely book it again.

The apartment was first class situated 2 doors from The Radisson Blu and across the road from the promenade.
