The fine print
Please note that reception opening times are limited for July and August : Monday to Saturday 9 am to 12am and from 3pm till 6pm. Reception closed on Sundays.
Please inform the property in advance of your arrival time so that check-in can be arranged 24 hours in advance using a key safe.
Parking spaces cost 10 EUR/night and are subject to availability.
A laundry service is available free of charge (washing powder not provided).
Bed linen and towels provided.
Cleaning on departure is included (with the exception of dishwashing, kitchen cleaning and rubbish removal).
Hairdryer and iron available on request.
Additional cleaning services are available on request, at an additional cost: Full cleaning 40€.
Supplement for change of bed linen is 10 EUR.
Supplement for change of towels 10 EUR.
Keys lost or forgotten after 18:00 and on Sundays (all day) will be charged 70 EUR.
Late check-out after 10:00 is charged 50 EUR.

The location was excellent .Only 3min by walk to the tram station ,15min from Nice riquier train station,30min from the port .There were a lot of supermarkets close by and you had everything you could need in the room
