The flat is very centrally located in a quiet yard, it is small but has everything in it and was ideal for my 5 days stay. The wifi worked well and I appreciated the small balcony to have my meals. The host was adorable and allowed a later check out which was greatly appreciated! Thank you Catalina! Would definitely recommend and come again!

The apartment perfectly meets the needs of two people, as it has all the necessary utensils for cooking, making coffee, and a large refrigerator for storing food and drinks. What I also liked is that there are many electrical outlets throughout the apartment for recharging your electronics. The highlight is definitely its location: close to everything, bus stop on the corner, markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. If I were to visit Nice again, I would probably book it again.
