The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the train station, with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good - definitely worth taking. At the reception there is a sweet little dog. Our room had air conditioning, a set of towels, soap and shower gel in large wall-mounted dispensers. The bed was comfortable, and overall the room felt reasonably well kept. Cleanliness was good and towels were changed if needed.

The hotel is very nice and cosy, and has a beautiful style. I was just looking for the hotel close to the railway station, but hotel Interlaken exceeded my expectations!

Amazing staff, highest quality of service! Lovely breakfast and a great location. It is in a really good location and very easy to get around by walking since it’s in the center and also right by the train station! Had AC in the room so it was really good temperature, everyday the rooms where cleaned while we where out. Generally a lovely place to stay at!
