Located in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk from the old town and the beaches, this residence features original self-catering accommodations, each with its own theme and style. Flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are provided.

A lovely place centrally located in the old town. A quiet place despite the central location. Can only recommend the place. Nice that there was a fridge and the possibility to make diner 'at home'.

The host shared very clear and precise instructions – getting the key was super easy. The location of the apartment was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable! It was quiet inside the apartment when the windows were closed. However, with the windows open, it got quite noisy due to the restaurant downstairs – morning delivery noise and evening guests were a bit loud. There were also noticeable food smells coming from the restaurant.

Excellent location, and quiet. Noise from main street is shielded. Hosts were very responsive and friendly.
