Did not have towels in my room when I needed a shower. Instead of fetching towels the staff asked me to check. I was really nasty to thdm and regret it because I come here a lot. They did forgive me.

Staff was amazing, breakfast superb. Lounge is wonderful with many things to enjoy. Coffee and tea and snacks are available all day long.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay truly worthwhile. Great location to base yourself in Nice, with easy access to the tram and train service untill 12pm.
