We loved the way we were treated, very friendly personnel, room was comfortable, we were upgraded to a room with a view, bathroom was small but comfy, towels soft, shower and pressure great. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices.

The hospitality was exceptional with every one greeting with a smiling face and treated us personally. They remembered and called by our names which is not the case with any hotel. Philip and Daniel (from the front desk) were really kind and helpful with local recommendations.

The Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with front desk Manager, Philippe. Location is in a residential area on a hill but a short walk to town. We would not hesitate to stay here again and had a wonderful time.

Petit Palais is in a beautiful location, peaceful and a delight to stay here. Staff cannot do enough for you with a special mention to Phillipe who wowed us with his knowledge of the local area and history of Nice. A personal recommendation to the best seafood restaurant in the port with the most amazing delicious cuisine. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated with luxurious extras. The breakfast was another win with fresh quality produce and service always with a smile. We could not fault this hidden gem and will definitely return one day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Beautiful quiet spot looking down on the roofs of Nice. Outstanding staff. It was a delight talking to Philippe, a fan of English and a philosopher. Excellent recommendations of restaurants. Book in early for Le Plongeoir!
