Please note that maximum number of guests per room, including any extra beds/baby cots, is 3.Alipay is an accepted payment method.Please note that children aged 13 years and older are counted as adults.Our valet service is available every day at a rate of 40€ per car for 24 hours. During the high season, from May 15 to September 30, this service is offered at 50€ per car for 24 hours.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 50 per pet, per night applies. Only one dog of less than 15 kg is accepted per room. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted.Please note that our indoor-outdoor swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from January 30 - 02.00pm through February 06 2022 included, It will reopen on February 07, 2022.Our other equipment like our sauna, steam room and fitness room will be available during this period.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt – the hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Just to highlight a few things we loved: 1) Spacious, spotless rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds 2) Delicious breakfasts offering a wide variety of options, including excellent coffee 3) A perfect location – right by the sea, yet within walking distance to the city center and many great restaurants 4) Above all, the outstanding personnel – always going above and beyond to make your stay special A particularly heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mahmud, who surprised us by remembering our 10th wedding anniversary. It was a truly touching gesture that made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning!
