We built 13 new rooms in 2021, we now have a "Villa" building with a new range of Deluxe rooms.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

Great location. Easy walking distance to trams and Old Nice. Friendly staff. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked very good!

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view to a garden. The location was good for train access and the main part of Nice

Room was comfortable, well decorated with view over interior courtyard. We didn't have breakfast there as we only wanted coffee and croissant and easy to find that near by. Location was fine for us, very near the main train station and close to Jean Medecin tram stop. 10/15 minute walk to the Promenade and bit longer into the Old town.
