We built 13 new rooms in 2021, we now have a "Villa" building with a new range of Deluxe rooms.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great location - between the waterfront and station, within 10 minutes walk of almost everything, including the airport tram. The cleaners did a great job every day. Looking onto a courtyard meant it was very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed, air con plus storage space in the room was very welcome.

A lush green tranquil oasis hidden in the middle of Nice that has paid parking on site but is also a short walk to the train station or the promenade.

I liked the fridge at the big room we got. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was helpful and nice.

This hotel complex is truly an Oasis in Nice, a city we have visited before and know that its a busy city with lots of chain hotels...this complex is set up with a private courtyard and is beautifully landscaped to really create a shady escape from the busy streets of Nice. We were also pleasantly surprised to be offered an upgrade to a suite as we had arrived early and they accommodated us by putting checking us in early in one of the first available rooms which was available. Close to train station and centre.....if driving parking is always an issue in Nice but there did appear to be a few parking spots in grounds of the hotel..staff were fantastic throughout and friendly and helpful...
