The fine print
The city tax is 0.80 euros per person per day from 01 October to 31 March and 0.90 euros per person per day from 01 April to 30 September.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Super friendly and attentive staff who made my stay comfortable and a great experience. I was allowed to store my baggage before checkin time and after check out which I appreciated. I asked during reservation for a quiet room and hotel staff had fulfilled my request. My room and bathroom were very clean and bed was very comfortable. From hotel just a short walk to the train station, the promenade, beach and places to visit at walking distance. I got some great recommendations about places and delicious food

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They even helped to store my mother-in-law's insulin and refreeze the ice packs for our travel home. We ended up checking in very late because our train to Nice was originally cancelled, but they have someone at reception 24/7. The room was clean and beds were comfy. It was nice to be able to actually open the window and look down the street, something most hotels don't have or allow. It's about a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 25 minute walk to the coast/Old Nice, but there is also a streetcar stop very close by. 25-30 minute train ride brings you to Monaco, so it was the perfect place for making a day trip. Lots of great shops and restaurants in the area, including a laundromat less than a 1 minute walk away. We didn't get to use the relaxation area available, but it was a cute little patio with chairs and tables available only to guests if they wanted to hang out somewhere else. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would absolutely stay here again.
