The hotel is ideally located—right by the tram and directly across from the beach. The area is calm and secure, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

We loved the location, it’s right on the water, about a 15min walk to old town so you’re away from the hussle and bustle. The tram is right behind the hotel along with a grocery store. We had a partial ocean view room and it had everything, fridge included, with a very updated washroom. The hotel is family ran and they REALLY care about you while there. They didn’t speak fluent English but used google translate and tried their best! I wish I could speak more French honestly. The only 2 down faults is be prepared to lift luggage up stairs as yes there is NO elevator! We also just found the beds really uncomfortable (they said they were replaced a year ago) so this might be a personal preference not sure. Lastly, they do “close” at 8pm so just make sure you save the code to the gate or you would be locked out for the night! Overall we had a pleasant time while here in Nice.
