The location was perfect for access to the City and beaches. A short walk but not too far. The room was fine, quite basic but suited our needs. The reception staff were really friendly and one gentleman was particularly informative about the local area about the places of interest, restaurants and transport. We really enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the nearby park.
