The hotel is super accessible from the train station (a 5 minute walk) but also sits in the 'coeur de Nice'. It's a 10 minute walk to the main shopping artery of the city - Avenue Jean Medecin. If you're looking to fit in day trips to Monaco or Antibes/Cannes it's super easy to walk up to the train station. Overall great value for money!

Everything. This is an authentic boutique hotel - there’s nothing clinical or manufactured . It’s a beautiful building, incredibly tasteful and genuine . Loved staying here and already planning our next visit .

Breakfast was really good and lots of fresh options. The walk to the beach is very quick (10mins). Tram stop is about 5 mins away.
