15 minutes walk from the beach and centre of Nice, but only 2 minutes from the train station which I couldn’t hear and enabled me to also travel to other cities or countries! The room was spacious, clean and included a great shower. The amenities, including free water and any hot drinks, was great. The staff were helpful and polite.

The staffs were very friendly, rooms clean. My room was next to the elevator so I was a bit worried about the noise, but it was fine. The location is very good, 2min walk to the train station. Some very good restaurants and also a supermarket right downstairs. The ocean is a bit far away but it’s either 15 min walk or you can take the tram. The tram station is also very near to the hotel.
