The location was ideal, very close to the train station, cafes and shopping street. It was also within 5 mins to Monoprix, and a stone's throw away from tram station. The bed was super comfortable and the room was of a good size. The bathroom was of a reasonable size and,with a good layout. The staff were warm and friendly. I would recommend anyone visiting Nice to stay here as a base.

Staff is friendly It’s near the train station and tram line 1,2 and 3. 25 min far from the airport by tram or less than 10 min by train Breakfast was good
