The apartment is in a great location, in a nice street. It is a spacious, sunny and modernly decorated apartment, excellently equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. We had excellent communication with our host. Staying in this apartment will definitely make your stay in Nice even more beautiful. All recommendations!

Very spacious and bright apartment, magnificent view of Hugo Boulevard, located in the most convenient location in the center of Nice, 5-10 minutes walk to all popular places. Friendly and resensive owners! We recommend 100%!

The location is practical and beautiful. The apartment is spacious and airy and tastefully decorated. Having one full bathroom and a lavatory is excellent for families and groups.
