The location is super. The room was clearly refurbised although to a very basic standard. The guy at the reception was very helpful to solve my technical problem with my phone cable.

Very good location right next to Nice Ville train station so it is perfect for exploring towns and villages along the Côte d'Azur. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean on arrival and cleaned daily thereafter. Quiet at night time with no unwanted noise. Air-conditioning in the room also. Comfortable bed too. Good value for money. Would certainly recommend.

The hotel was in central location easily walkable to Tram and bus station. Loads of restaurants nearby. O booked a single bedroom with was cute and comfortable. Very tiny but comfortable for 2 nights stay if your solo travelling. Friendly staff and very much accommodating. Felt same and secured. I had a good experience with this property especially the receptionist both on 13,14 September 2025 were sweet and humble.
