We absolutely loved everything about this property! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — perfect for our group. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it easily accommodated us, and being on the 8th floor, the views were absolutely stunning. The pool was a real highlight as well: beautifully maintained, clean, and with panoramic views that made every swim feel like a luxury experience. The entire stay felt effortless and relaxing — worth every bit of the price plus the pool fee. We’d definitely come back!

Franciose, our host, was fantastic. She arranged for Martine, very cheerful and helpful, to meet us at the property with a key and introduce us to the facilities. We have stayed in Nice many times but not on the hill in Fabron; the views from the 180 wrap around balcony were superb - something to interest the eye regardless of the time of day. We ate twice at the on site restaurant, both excellent meals in a wonderful setting. We walked downtown, along the promenade at least eight times, it still remains unique; trams and the bus were soon mastered so we never climbed the hill with shopping. Local shops were more than adequate and the locals were very friendly.
