Amazing location, right near the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay in Nice Jane was very thoughtful and easy to contact throughout the stay

Everything was AMAZING! Jane and Siamak met us at the property, welcomed us warmly in, and talked us through how everything in the apartment worked. The apartment itself is stunning, spotlessly clean and only footsteps from the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. They added so many little touches in the apartment which made us feel so at home. There was chilled juice, water, milk and wine in the fridge for us, which is SO rare to find in rented holiday accommodation, and the kitchen was so well stocked with cooking essentials, a washing machine, a coffee machine and anything one would need to use for cooking. The bed was super comfy and it was so peaceful at night. The airport was only a short tram ride away. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings was blissful. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to get back! It is BY FAR the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. There was so much consideration and thought put into how to truly make time spent in Jane & Siamak’s apartment incredibly special. Thank you both. XX

Apartment was is in great location beside the promenade and 10 min stroll to the train central train station. Jane the host was extremely friendly and helpful and had everything you could need for your stay, toiletries, milk & orange juice and BBQ set to enjoy on the balcony. Apartment was extremely clean, comfortable & quiet.
